Congratulations to Kasiah Bobzien and Yana Filimonchuk on receiving the first ever EJHS Foundations Student of the Year Award! Mr. Richards defines the award as a testament to the student's continued dedication to learning, academic success, participation in class, attendance, and following the East anchors. The students received a personal memoir, certificate of achievement, and a flag flown over the United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C. in their honor. The flag order was done at the request of United States Congressmen Senator Mitch McConnell and Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky.

The sun is setting for our seniors as we begin the final push towards graduation in the coming weeks. We are excited to
kickoff the senior celebrations with next week’s Senior Sunset!

Let's turn up the heat, Jaguars, as we head into May this week!
