Hadassah consistently gives her best effort, takes pride in her work, and sets a strong example for others. Her dedication and positive presence make a meaningful impact on our school community, and we are so proud of her!

Today we’re wearing pink as part of Kindness Week 💗 Pink is more than a color...it’s a reminder. A reminder to lead with compassion, to choose gentle words, and to treat others with respect. Kindness doesn’t end with Valentine’s Day. It’s something we carry with us every single day—in our classrooms, on our teams, in the hallways, and in our community. Let today be a visible sign of an invisible commitment: to show up for one another, to lift each other up, and to make our school a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. Kindness looks good on us.

Addy consistently looks for ways to serve and support those around her, strengthening our school community through her involvement, collaboration, and generosity. She helps create a culture where others feel valued and encouraged. East is better because of her heart for people. We are so proud of you, Addy!

As we continue to celebrate our Youth Service Center and Coordinator, Sharon Mattmiller, we want students, parents, teachers, and community members to know that our center is here to help students find jobs, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved in the community. Ms. Mattmiller is always ready to ask, “How can I help?”, ensuring every student has the guidance and support they need to succeed.

Beyond the school day, he shows a strong commitment to excellence by dedicating extra time to his learning and pushing himself to grow academically. His determination, responsibility, and positive approach to learning make him a well-deserving student of the month and a true example of what it means to be a Jaguar.
